Bar stool, apping glow in the dark garden gnome [series of 9]

This assisted readymade has a clear purpose: make the spectator grin and blush. A clear reference (or rather wink) to Duchamp and Paul McCarthy, it comments on the first Facebook remark Edward got on the photograph of him holding a garden gnome: "It is that I know you are holding a gnome...". 

The work itself is spotless, clean and innocent. It is the title that gives the piece its edge.
